Once you become a member, you’ll have access to trusted child care for nurseries, Bible studies, Vacation Bible School, and church events.

We provide dependable child care during your church services, or other church events, ensuring children are secure and engaged while you focus on worship.

Whether it’s a midweek Bible study or small group gathering, our sitters are ready to supervise the kiddos, allowing you to fully participate.

Our sitters assist with Vacation Bible School programs, helping with crafts, games, and activities so your volunteers can concentrate on teaching and organizing.

From church conferences to holiday gatherings, our sitters offer reliable care so you can enjoy the event. We accommodate your event’s schedule and any special requirements.

No Hidden Fees

We know plans can change at any time and at any place. We never want you to be surprised about a fee so here they are:

A travel fee ranging from $5 – $15 applies to each appointment.

The sitter will charge standard mileage rates if they drive your children in their car. The 2024 standard mileage rate is $0.67 per mile.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $50 fee ($65 for holidays).

A $30 rush fee will apply to any requests received within 24 hours of the requested start time.

It happens. We’ll watch your little one while they get to feeling better. Send us the symptoms ahead of time so we can let the sitter know what to expect. An additional $3 per hour will apply for each sick child.

Keeping kids safe and entertained in a hotel can be tricky, but our sitters are creative! We can handle all of the logistics of in-hotel childcare at an additional $5 per hour.

We accept all major credit cards. A 3% credit card processing fee will be added to each appointment.

Holidays are busy – let us help! Holidays are an additional $5 per hour, with a job minimum of 5 hours*. Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

* New Year’s Eve is an additional $10 per hour.

Additionally, our secure check-in/out system will collect parent contact info, special needs, allergies, etc., and then we use that to check in/out the child as they arrive/leave the event.

We understand that you may become comfortable with a particular sitter, and we will do our best to confirm your preferred sitter, when available. Once you become a member, you will have the ability to add sitters to your Favorites list and request those sitters at the time of booking. Please note: We cannot guarantee a sitter’s availability.
