The annual background check includes the following:

  • National Statewide Criminal Search
  • National Known Sex Offender Search
  • Social Security Verification/Previous Address Update
  • Death Master Index
  • Checks all Alias Names for Criminal Records

All our sitters are thoroughly vetted through background checks, interviews, CPR certification, and reference checks. We prioritize trust and safety with every sitter we hire.

Additionally, our secure check-in/out system will collect parent contact info, special needs, allergies, etc., and then we use that to check in/out the child as they arrive/leave the event.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $50 fee ($65 for holidays).

For group jobs (or jobs with multiple sitters), the cancellation fee will be charged for the number of sitters confirmed for the appointment.

A $30 rush fee will apply to any requests received within 24 hours of the requested start time.

We understand that you may become comfortable with a particular sitter, and we will do our best to confirm your preferred sitter, when available. Once you become a member, you will have the ability to add sitters to your Favorites list and request those sitters at the time of booking. Please note: We cannot guarantee a sitter’s availability.

Click here to check out our hourly rates for babysitting and any other associated fees such as our rush fee, travel fee, sick fee, and holiday rates. A 3% cc processing fee will be added to each appointment.

Yes, the sitter will contact you to set up a meet and greet to go over instructions and meet your pet.

Once confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the sitter’s profile. Your sitter will contact you the day before to confirm the appointment details. Due to the high volume of requests, families do not meet the sitter before the appointment. 

You are welcome to adjust your start time for a meet and greet with the sitter before you head out.

Yes! Once your church becomes a member, you can submit requests for nursery help, Bible studies, VBS, or any church need.

We have sitters available 24 hours a day.

Phone calls and emails will be answered and returned between the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Sunday: 2 p.m. – 5 p.m
How will I pay the sitter?2024-10-22T15:04:35-05:00

At the end of your appointment, the sitter will present you with the appointment total for your review. Using the payment methods on your profile, you will be able to approve and pay the sitter instantly! We accept all major credit cards. A 3% cc processing fee will be added to each appointment.

Yes, tips are very much appreciated but not expected or required. If you feel the sitter did an excellent job taking care of your family, then there is an option to leave a tip for the sitter at checkout.

Holidays will be an extra $5 per hour and a 5-hour minimum.

Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

*New Year’s Eve is an additional $10 per hour, with a job minimum of 5 hours.

Yes! Our sitters can help you with driving your children to and from school or activities. Sitters will charge the standard mileage rate for any driving of children in their vehicle.

Once a sitter is confirmed for your request, you will receive an email containing a link to the sitter’s profile. The sitter will also contact you the day before your appointment to introduce herself.

Our minimums are:

Monday to Thursday – 3 hours

Friday to Sunday – 4 hours

Holidays – 5 hours

Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
